Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times vary:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival. Hilda Dodd is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
5. Shipping Address Errors
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items are returned in their original packaging.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at 📧 deskinfo@hildadodd.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging an item unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a two-step procedure: return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 📧 deskinfo@hildadodd.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
